Qualification for QuickPay: Carriers must have a history of 3 (completed) loads or more. All carrier compliance documentation must be turned in (i.e. contract, W-9)
Once you are qualified for QuickPay the only thing you have to do is... "GET US THE PAPERWORK!
We will need:
1. An Invoice from you. It must include our Load Number and Rate Confirmation
2. POD/BOL
3. Any Lumper Receipts
Tell us how you would like to be paid: USPS - no cost to you Priority Mail - $5.00 Federal Express - $25.00 UPS - $25.00 Direct Deposit (see below if you qualify)
We do NOT offer wire transfers or T-chek advances for QuickPay.

Once paperwork is received and there are no problems with the paperwork (shortages, damages, lumper receipts missing) we will set your payment up for the following morning.

No more worrying about getting paid. So instead of "the check is in the mail", "the check is in the bank" usually within 3 to 5 days after we receive the signed BOL in our office.
