Regional Account Manager
The Regional Account Manager is responsible for strengthening and enhancing the growth and stability of ATS Logistics Services, Inc. (ATSLSI) by implementing sound marketing and customer service principles to develop and service customers in accordance with company and department quality, sales, utilization, and profit objectives and serving as a liaison between the customer and ATSLSI operations.
Education & Experience
Strong working knowledge of transportation brokerage principles usually gained by two years experience in transportation sales.
A college degree is preferred but not required.
Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with a focus on growing the customer base as well as providing industry leading customer service to existing customers. The candidate must have outstanding written and verbal communication skills and have solid negotiation skills. A motivated self-starter and entrepreneurial spirit are a must.
